Why MountUp Traineeship
Our program starts with a thorough orientation phase. Here you will become acquainted with our corporate culture, learn the basics of Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365, and receive language training to improve your international communication skills. This phase lays a solid foundation for your future growth within our company.
In the next phase you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience by working with our senior consultants. You'll work on real projects, earn key certifications, and receive constant feedback and evaluation to track and improve your progress. This hands-on experience prepares you for a successful career in the technology and consultancy sector.
We believe that international experience is crucial for future leaders. Our program offers you the opportunity to gain experience in different countries, developing cultural competencies and gaining international business skills. This phase also includes extensive leadership training to prepare you for senior positions within the organization.
In the final phase of the program you will be given the responsibility to lead your own projects. This enables you to put the acquired knowledge and skills into practice. You will prepare for a role within MountUp and present your journey and vision for the future to our leadership team. This ownership helps you develop self-confidence and a deep understanding of business operations.
Throughout the year we provide ongoing support through mentorship, language development and regular feedback sessions. These elements ensure that you always have access to the help and guidance you need to succeed.
