Start Your Career with MountUp
One-Year Traineeship for Graduates
MountUp offers a one-year remote-first traineeship for recently graduated students who are ready to grow into future consultants and sales advisors. As a trainee, you'll work on real-world projects, be trained to host roundtables and workshops, and actively engage in sales-related client conversations including outbound calling.
Traineeship Highlights
• Fully remote with occasional travel to events and conferences
• Learn about Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) and get certified
• Develop communication, consultancy, and sales skills
• Join events and represent MountUp at partner gatherings and industry expos
• Work closely with senior consultants on projects and client cases
• Be coached to lead your own workshops and roundtable discussions
Internships & Graduation Projects
MountUp also offers longer-term internships (minimum 5–6 months) for students in their last year who are looking to graduate with a real-world business or IT project. These internships are designed around strategic challenges and innovation areas, including licensing strategy, business development, and market research.
Please note we do not offer shorter internships. Only graduation assignments or extended internships (5–6 months) are considered.
Who We’re Looking For
• Recent graduates (HBO/WO) in business, IT, communication, or related fields
• Eager to learn and grow in the Microsoft ecosystem
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; French and/or German is a big plus
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Interest in technology, consultancy, and commercial work
